Shipping + Returns
All orders over $100 will receive free shipping within the U.S.! All other U.S. orders will be charged a flat rate of $6.95. All domestic orders will ship via USPS and should arrive within 5-7 business days from the date the order was placed. An email will be sent once your package has been shipped and will include tracking information. Please ensure the correct address is entered at checkout; we are not responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrectly entered address.

In-Store Pick Up
Free in-store pick up is available for local orders! Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be ready. You will be notified once the order is ready for pick up.
We hope you absolutely love your purchase! But, if you aren't completely satisfied, we accept returns on new, unworn, undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days (including weekends and holidays) of the shipping date for store credit or exchange only. No refunds will be given. All swimsuits, hats, jewelry, hair accessories, gift certificates, and sale items are final sale.
Returns may be made through mail or in store. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any shipping charges for exchanged item(s) are the customer's responsibility.
All return requests may be done by emailing our team at firstname.lastname@example.org or using the "contact us" page. You will receive a response within 48 hours regarding next steps in the return process.
Any item(s) damaged upon arrival must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery date of the package.
