A classic brown plaid gets a feminine update with puff sleeves and a gathered babydoll shape. The square neckline gives this top a pretty frame, while the flared hem adds movement to the silhouette.
Pair it with velvet shorts and boots for a fall dinner, or wear it with straight leg denim for a relaxed lunch. The check pattern is easy to coordinate with cream, burgundy, and warm neutral accessories. A simple necklace highlights the neckline without competing with the print. Let the hem sit loose to show off the gathered shape, then add a favorite handbag for a complete seasonal outfit.
